Our queen of conversations

Tell us about your (professional) self?

After starting my career in the finance and private healthcare sectors, I was looking for a new challenge to support my desire for development and growth — which is how I came to Transform. My responsibilities include ensuring that all programmes are delivered to the highest standard. Super organised, highly efficient and personable, I work closely with the broader Transform team to ensure my clients' programmes are delivered flawlessly and achieve their objectives.

So... why Transform?

The people. It’s as simple as that. The Transform team have been kind and welcoming and have supported me with a family aspect in both my professional and personal life. The diversity of clients promises that no day is likely to be the same and I’m looking forward to injecting my enthusiasm and previous skills into the consultancy. When I was offered the position as a Junior PR & Marketing Account Manager, I took the position with zero hesitation. I now manage my own clients while working with the broader team to deliver excellent words, design and lots more.

What keeps you
driven, passionate
and challenged?

My parents are two individuals who have inspired me the most — they’ve worked hard to achieve their own personal careers and dreams and never gave up, even through tough times. The optimistic spirit they hold, always striving to be the best version of themselves, motivates me daily. Otherwise, I find personally planning my days in advance and remaining organised in both my work and personal life inspires me to grab each opportunity with both hands and work to the best of my ability, while gaining experience and feedback from others.

Enough business...what do you do for fun?

I have a passion for cooking, constantly learning and perfecting new recipes with my partner and friends. I also enjoy a relaxing spa day and weekend walks, which do wonders for both my physical and mental health. I love taking city breaks, trying new foods and immersing myself in different cultures. Spending time with my friends, travelling and exploring new places together is one of my favourite ways to unwind and create memories. I am an avid Southampton FC supporter and love to go to as many games as possible with my family. I’m a total sucker for cake or dessert and can never resist a cheeky cheesecake or brownie. I love a good sing-along in the office, even though I’ve been told I’m no Celine Dion. You’ll often find me bundled up in a coat, even when it's 30°C, because I’m always freezing cold.

Lightning round!

  • Coffee or tea? Tea! Especially in the mornings, there’s nothing a good cuppa won’t solve.
  • Signature drink? Water with ice and lemon, I like to aim for a litre per day.
  • Signature dish? Chilli Con Carne or a spicy curry always goes down a treat.
  • Sweet or savoury? Both! I just can’t resist either of them!
  • Morning person or night owl? Night owl for sure, I need at least two teas before going about my day.
  • It’s your day off – where will we find you? In a beauty salon having one treatment or another!
  • Star sign? Aries.
  • Favourite Season? Summer, forever dreading the winter season.
  • Favourite album, book, movie and TV show? ALBUM any album from the most iconic group of all time, Queen. BOOK Harry Potter books for fiction, of course — otherwise, I love a good autobiography from a celebrity. MOVIE would be Shrek, although there's many more. TV SHOW Benidorm, always. Friday Night Dinner.
  • What’s your pub quiz category? TV & Film
  • Favourite quote? “Living is the art of getting used to what we didn’t expect” – Eleanor C. Wood and “Your future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams” – Eleanor Roosevelt.
