How long we keep your information
We endeavour not to keep personal contact details for longer than is necessary for the provision of services or for keeping you up to date with marketing and promotional information from Transform.
Website measurement: The information retained for website measurement by our cookies will only be retained for as long as necessary. The longest cookie being two years. This measures if you are classed as a returning client and holds only aggregated or statistical information for analysis.
Provision of services: If you enter a contract for the provision of goods or services, you will become a client of Transform. This means that we will retain your personal contact data, and organisational financial data to fulfil the obligations of our contract.
Marketing purposes: If you have filled in a contact form on our website, the information provided will be held on our email service provider. You can unsubscribe for any information that we send.
Recruitment information: For job applications that have not been accepted, we retain information for a period of 6 months from the date of offer or rejection, except if any claim is made within that time, in which case the claimant’s data will be held until completion of the claim.
That said, at any time you can request to know what personal information we may or may not have recorded for you, or in certain circumstances, you can, quite rightly, request that we remove your personal information from our systems.

Transform’s Data Controller
We process personal data both as a processor and a controller as defined by GDPR.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, Transform CDE Ltd and subsidiary companies are registered at 141 Leigh Park Accountancy Ltd, Leigh Park Road, Bradford-on-Avon, BA15 1TQ. Transform (we, us) is the Data Controller, and Veronica Hannon is the Data Protection Officer.
Your data and third parties
We will not pass on or sell your details to third parties for their marketing purposes.
