The Transform studio offers complete creative freedom. Located in the picturesque village of Mells, just outside Bath, Bristol and Frome, the unique set up allows for podcast recordings, videography and photoshoots, and team activities such as meetings, strategy sessions, training, and more.

The Transform studio is a stunning, standalone premises. Every booking includes exclusive private access to the entire building with a spacious communal area, two break-out rooms, kitchen and bathroom facilities, heating, high speed Wi-Fi, and onsite parking for up to five cars.
The creative studio space to rent, can be hired furnished or unfurnished, with furnishings including desks, x16 chairs, a sofa and a television for presenting.
The Transform Studio is available for private hire during business hours, and bookings can be full days, half days, or at an hourly rate.

Includes x1 onsite sound engineer, up to x4 microphones with stands, and audio interface.
Videography/photography
Includes x1 videographer/photographer, x2 cameras, lighting and sound equipment, and basic staging.
Additional services:
For full day bookings, catering is available. For half day bookings, tea, coffee and biscuits are available.

Post-production services are available for an additional cost.
Ts and Cs
Payment:
Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 5 business days prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 5 business days of the booking date and 24-hours of the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24-hours before the booking start time for no additional charge. Rescheduled bookings will be subject to availability.
Usage:
Additional time beyond the agreed booking period will be charged at the hourly rate. Additional time must not exceed 5:30pm. For equipment-inclusive bookings, only persons authorised by Transform Comms may operate the studio equipment.
Condition:
The studio must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the client. Clients are responsible for their own property and equipment, Transform Comms is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Any damage to equipment as a result of operation by an unauthorised person will be charged to the client at repair, or replacement cost.
Termination of booking:
Transform Comms reserves the right to terminate any booking without refund if the client violates these terms or causes damage to the property.
