I love agency life, it’s definitely my happy place! I’ve been lucky enough to work in creative agencies for the past 14 years as a client services professional, helping clients meet their business goals and servicing their every need. I’ve spent my whole career working in the wonderful world of brands be that innovation, brand marketing or communications. My first brush with communications came at Danone where, as a Brand Manager, I landed a multi-channel comms plan including TV advertising. In 2011 I crossed to the ‘dark side’ and have been remained in creative agencies ever since. I’m dedicated and passionate and relish the opportunity to develop client relationships based on trust and respect. I love nothing more than the feeling of delivering added value to our clients, going the extra mile to surprise and delight.
It’s the spark! Surrounding myself with like-minded colleagues is important to me - bright, curious, creative, strategic thinkers who love what they do! Everyone brings something different, the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. And we’re nice people who care about each other so there is a great team spirit.
When clients see us as their partners, an extension of their team having invested in the relationship and gained their trust. Nothing beats that!
Being outside in the fresh air is where I am happiest. A walk, occasionally up a mountain, or just locally via a pub or just chilling in my garden. I'm mad about gardening and even made it to Chelsea Flower Show this year. I’m definitely a ‘live to eat’ person and love to cook, bake and eat out. Love making themed birthday cakes for my son – past cakes include a tardis, a Minecraft creeper and a martial arts outfit!
