We recognised the need to engage and collaborate to achieve real change in the South West of England.

Our work with the ERA Network is about collaboration and connection. We recognised the need to engage with the largest employers in the region, alongside education institutions, and policy makers to achieve real change.

The ERA Network works in close collaboration with a cohort of 12 employers.

We have brought together the University of Bath School of Management, the West of England Combined Authority and Bath & North East Somerset Council together with 44 of the largest employers in the region.
